At Just Whips, every whip is individually handcrafted to order by Glen Ward. As each whip is custom made to your selected specifications, we ask that you choose carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

Because our whips are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.

This includes orders customised by:

  • Whip length
  • Handle style
  • Leather colour
  • Plait pattern
  • Any other customer-selected options

Once production has commenced, your order cannot be cancelled.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if your whip:

  • Has a major manufacturing fault;
  • Is significantly different from the description provided;
  • Is not of acceptable quality; or
  • Does not perform as intended when used correctly.

If a minor manufacturing fault is identified, we may choose to repair or replace the product.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you believe your whip has a manufacturing fault or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Return Shipping

If your return is approved due to a manufacturing fault or warranty issue, we will advise you of the return process.

Where the fault is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Natural Leather Characteristics

Our whips are handcrafted using genuine leather.

As leather is a natural product, slight variations in:

  • Colour
  • Grain
  • Texture
  • Natural markings

are normal and are not considered faults. These unique characteristics are part of what makes every handcrafted whip one of a kind.

Craftsmanship

Each Just Whips product is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in appearance are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and do not affect the performance or quality of your whip.

Order Changes

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before work begins. Once your whip has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
